Website content describes the services we can discuss. Sending an enquiry, creating a WhatsApp draft or using the Business Hub form does not create a confirmed booking or contract. Work, materials, exclusions, price, payment arrangements and timings must be agreed in writing.
Your project
Photos show individual projects and finishes. They do not mean every pictured fitting or item is included in a service. Suitability, access, permissions and any specialist requirements are assessed for your property.
Consumer rights
Your statutory rights are unaffected by these website terms or the labour offer. Where cancellation rights apply to a distance or off-premises contract, relevant information must be provided before that contract is agreed. Any request to begin work during an applicable cancellation period must be handled expressly as part of the contracting process.
